Welcome to the website of the Hostinův Důl Horse Riding Hotel in Tršice with equestrian premises and breeding of the Hungarian Kisberi horse.
This project came into existence because of a great love for horses, as a private initiative of the owners of the premises, unsupported by subsidy programmes.
The hotel and the premises are located in the small town of Tršice, not far from the historic towns of Olomouc, Přerov and Lipník nad Bečvou, in a scenic valley surrounded by pastures, forests, and fruit orchards with a total area of 30 hectares. Both the hotel and the premises are open since1 October 2010.
The Hostinův Důl site is mentioned in a ground-plot record of 1830; further information come from 17 July 1887, which was the date of a big national festival that took place here.
Tršice are known for several historic monuments, e.g. a medieval stronghold, the Church of Assumption of the Virgin, and St. Kunhuta Chapel. The first written information about Tršice is from as early as 1282 and is related with the name of Oneš of Tršice.
While staying with us you may enjoy the following sports activities: horse riding, walking, cycling, in-line skating - about 100m from the lodging house; in winter down-hill skiing in the Hlubočky village ca 13km distant from our hotel.
We look forward to your visit.
